Fool's Gold threw an epic party at WMC this year and I missed it. Can you believe it? Believe it. I live in New Zealand.
The line-up was amazing, as you can probably see by scanning this poster, a veritable who's who from the Fool's Gold roster, plus friends of the label. Also, the party featured the debut set from Duck Sauce, a voltron-esque musical collaboration between A-Trak and Armand Van Helden.
By all accounts that I have heard, the party was awse and I've managed to catch a few videos from it around the way, including this snippet of DJ Craze's set (can this guy play a bad set ever?). I just almost fell off my chair when he dropped Riot Music. Tumeke.

Fool's Gold, started by Nick Catchdubs and A-Trak, has been going from strength to strength as a label, releasing some of the best dance/hip hop/disco/dubstep/whatever music around today.
And evidently also throwing some of the best parties.
AND, if all of this wasn't enough, Food Gold on the Fool's Gold blog dishes out some amazing recipes that you all should really check out here. Completely irrelevent to this post, but rewarding none-the-less.
Below are some pics that were sent through of A-Trak's set, and the Duck Sauce set. Cool to see A-Trak using SSL and Armand using CDJ2000s. That's pretty Voltron. Check them out!
