Video License Refresh Macbook Pro

I have upgraded my Serato DJ to the latest version. Every time i try to refresh my license for Serato Video on my Macbook Pro it crashes. I have lost out on 3 gigs due to this. How do i fix this???

Ive had the same issue but cant figure out why...
I havent lost data due to the issue but I'm having similar issues.
