Grandmaster Roc Raida is a legendary figure in battle DJing, member of the X-Ecutioners, the 1995 DMC World DJ Championship winner, DMC Hall of famer, producer, who pushed the art of DJing forward and inspired kids to become scratch DJs the world over. All profits from the production of this record will go to the Roc Raida estate and benefit his family. The Roc Raida In Memoriam Control Vinyl is offered in a subtly textured royal blue that will swim under the stage lights. The art features a hand-signed image of one of Raida’s mixtapes, wrapped by a matte kraft stock jacket finish. Inside the sleeve are never before seen images from the Williams family archives, and a personalised letter from his wife, collaged onto a poster. These are all reminders of the remarkable legacy that Raida continues to leave.
