Beta Testing

The forum is also where we conduct beta testing with our software. Sometimes we have public beta areas where forum users can test the software before it's finally released. This process is so crucial because people report bugs that our testing teams may have missed and it allows us to gather feedback about how we can improve the features of our software.

Before any release goes to public beta, we give it to our hand picked private beta teams who also provide very thorough bug reports and useful feedback. We rely on them to provide us with their thoughts on the next version of our software and sometimes even unreleased hardware. We simply couldn't do without those guys!

The best way to become a private beta tester is to stay active in the public beta areas. Providing good feedback, writing clear and detailed bug reports and helping others are some of the ways you can be selected as a private beta tester.

Our moderators are always on the look out for more beta testers to be part of the team, so if you think that might be you, make yourself known on the forum for the right reasons :)
