Prior to Serato DJ 1.2 (Which the multi fx is awesome btw) the Crossfader Curve when set directly in the middle or pointed up it would not change the volume of side A if crossfader was anywhere on the left half. Now it changes the volume as you slowly crossfade over to side B even while still on side A. This is a BIG issue that really screws my mixes. I do have all settings correct in terms of volume, master fully on, no cue in background, etc. Essentially with curve set in middle or pointed up it sounds like double the volume of the curve when setting is turned fully left. Hope you can help!

I THINK I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE SINCE UPRADE TO 1.2, THE VOLUME DROPS WHEN CROSSFADE IS SET IN THE MIDDLE. HAVE TO MOVE IT RIGHT OVER LEFT OR RIGHT THIS. MAKING CUTTING SOUND AWFUL.

Glad its not just me. I have found that it only happens on first connection to serato and if you trun power off on ddj sx and turn back on it will work correctly. Still a pain.

Hey Aaron I appreciate the response. You are correct when stating "Slow" or "Fast" as the correct terminology, however this is not my issue. I always have my curve setting on Linear and mess around with the settings between "slow" and "fast". Again, when on the DDJ SX with serato, and Linear as my chosen setting, and the curve fader on all the way "slow" there should be NO change when crossfading between decks, however when first starting up and making a connection there IS a change when crossfading. Yes, I have checked my settings, and no I am not mistaken. Once I turn the DDJ back off and back on without closing out serato, it will go back to NOT making any sound changes with same settings. If a video is needed to show, I can do so.

Hey Aaron,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly as well as clarifying things. As odd as it sounds im proud I spend enough time with the DDJ that I found a bug :) No inconvenience caused just a little annoying, but as long as it works im happy.
Now, as a side request: With the new multi-fx and all the kick a** things you can do, it's rather sketchy to have your fingers up there too much with the dang needle search on. I rarely use it and suppose I enjoyed it prior to multi-fx because my hands stayed lower on the controller. Now, however its really easy to throw a whole set off with one slip of the finger. I strongly suggest the implementation of toggle on and off for needle search in the next release. You would make me very happy!!!
Thanks for the support Aaron, keep up the great work!
