Not Reading My SL1 for Windows 8

For some reason SL1 is just not reading on my computer. I have a Intel i1 processor. There is nothing wrong with my computer. It works perfectly fine. I've tried to install and update the drivers. But, it just says device not found. I have gigs coming up and I'm stressing out about what to do. Any help?

There are known issues on the PC side with the Sl 1 and i series processors. We don not expect them to work and do not recommend people use them in combination.

Typically Windows will block the install with the User Account Controls. Here is a tutorial to turn them off --> serato.com

You then need to manually install the driver while attached to the Sl 1. Here is a tutorial that will walk you through that --> serato.com

You will also need to be using the 2.4.4 version, it is the only one Windows 8 will connect with. Here is a link --> serato.com
