Hi just reading through some of the posts and im having some of the small problems other people are having. At the end of some of the posts you've stated that there will be updates, can you tell us when this will be please?

I have to say that coming from a numark platform, now to serato, its a very reassuring to see the software be supported heavily with updates (especially right out of the gates) and with forum feedback in a pleasant constructive tone. good on ya mates. looking forward to a much happier hobby in your hands

Have some of the same problems of vci 300 freeze. Likethe unit and have a backup. Trying to solve the problem.
