Upfader sliders (volume)

Hi guys,
Is there any way to adjust the sliders volume increments? At level 3 up to 10, the noise level is the same which defeats the purpose of the sliders. I have to adjust the vol using the trim knobs. Is this a limitation?

Check your fader curve setting on the front panel.
