I wonder if this option can be added in the future. I understand that you've made 2 options for loop : 1) Simple on-off & 2) Jump to loop and activate. Another useful option would be like the 2nd ,but when pressing again the corresponding loop point will REtrigger the loop ,not turn it off ,as it is now. Very handy when you want to mix in ,a track with a loop.
Anyone else thinks the same ,could add a +1 :) thanx

It does that already. Slot Reloop. But you have to trigger it from the GUI unless it is midi mapped... i think...

Nop. In page 36 of the manual it says:
"Reloop Jump to the start point and activate the loop. CLICKING THE RELOOP BUTTON WHEN A LOOP IS ACTIVE WILL DISABLE THE LOOP. Use Keyboard Shortcuts alt + [ and alt + ‘(apostrophe) for the left and right decks respectively."
What I want is ,hitting the reloop button ,when a loop is active , would REtrigger the loop like a hot cue. I don't know if it make sense... Like with Pioneer CDJ 200/400 : when hitting the IN point while in loop ,jumps to the beggining of the loop like it was a hot loop.

I agree with the addition of this feature.
In Scratch Live, that's the way the reloop button works (alt [ and alt ') it jumps to the selected saved loop immediately and jumps to it on every press. Sort of a built in cue point at the beginning of the loop.
It doesn't work the same way in Serato DJ. I would love to see this feature incorporated in a future release of the software as I use it quite frequently for transitions.

Sorry. My error. The hot key in Scratch Live is "control" + [ or ' for re-loop. Every time you press it it restarts your loop from the beginning whether you're in the loop or not. This (to me) is a big omission from Serato DJ.

+1 on this feature. Don't know why it's in Scratch Live and not Serato DJ.

I use this all the time at every gig every weekend. Please bring this feature to SeratoDJ.

+1
+1 million if I could. I don't think DJ's want to have to find the mouse pointer, move it over the GUI button, and click it. I can't believe Serato DJ still does not have this as a keyboard quick key. Maybe they want us all to buy controllers.
