Currently not many otions for download. Where abouts are you? If it's UK or US then check something like promo only DVD. I'm in New Zealand so am pretty stumped.
As for editing VIdeo there is tonnes of software for pc check sony vegas or adobe . For Mac try final cut LE/pro.
It's actually not to hard to link video and audio together - it's similar to using sequencing programs like logic/cubase etc. Just have a look on the web i'm sure there's loads about it.
