Nothing happens when dragging and dropping the Video Files

Hi,

The plug in video is well installed as well as Quicktime.
My TTM 57 SL faders and crossfader are well assigned.
I try to import the videos from my hardrive to the Serato but nothing happens. I see them in the import preview but the drag and drop action doesn't have any effect.
I can play all those files with quicktime.
But in the serato I can not load them.

I have searched on the forum and I have not seen anyone facing the same problem.
Can someone help me please ?

i had the same problem. I just converted them to MP4 then they worked..... some what....

I belive SSL-Video is picky about the videofiles. I can't play all videofiles that Quicktime can. But I can play files that are exported in correct format as MP4

If you have QT pro try to export as MP4, or reencode video as the FAQ describe.

We are a bit picky, especially with the extension that the files can have and what the audio inside is. If you can provide a few details about the files that are having issues.

If you let us know what their extension is and what type of video and audio is inside them I can let you know why (you can get this info from Quicktime using the 'Movie Inspector' in the Window menu).
