Crash While Editing Tag

I was editing song and artist information and the application crashed. I will upload the error log and dmp files.

Both files successfully uploaded. I did have a song loaded and playing at the time (white output). The track playing at the time has not crashed before or since. Going to go aback to tag editing vids and see if I can crash it again...
