In relation to what exactly? Are you experiencing issues with Scratch Live or your SL2?

in relation to this post serato.com
The issues I am having are pitch related. when mixing, the pitch slider movement doesn't change the pitch the same as it does with regular vinyl with the SL2 taken out of the signal flow. Im using Technics 1210 sl mk5, The Strobe lamp dot readings are normal with smooth movement throughout the pitch range on both decks. Its like im moving the pitch but serato isn't noticing it, then when the pitch changes its gone too fast or too slow so cant get an accurate enough match.
Properly calibrated circles with 95 - 100% track reading. tried various buffer size setting and audio cache settings with air port, blue tooth, anti virus, screensaver disabled and HD sleep set to never/off.
Its very frustrating, I have been djing for over 10 years so hold the "you can't/ learn to beat match" comments. also the sound quality is poor compared to my friends SL3 box, hold the "audio quality" comments as I only use 320s or wavs (both types get the same result)
I get the same pitch issues when using control cd through my CDJ800 mk1 using the mix with one deck technique.
My CV's are warped after trying them on a friends set up. His CV's were rock steady but both of mine have a 3 cent pitch variation per rotation so thats 6 cents out per rotation (checked on the same decks as my friends CV at no pitch fluctuation)
I have had Serato for about 5 weeks and these issues are driving me insane. done many google searches, looked for problems that could be computer related ect.

What's your USB audio buffer setting? It sounds like you're "feeling" the inherent latency typical when using DVS systems. Try to set your USB audio buffer setting as far to the left as possible to lower the amount of latency and see if it helps a bit.
In regards to your vinyl, please PM me your contact info and I'll mail you a new set of control records :)
The SL2 sound card has the same specs as the SL3. Do you have the sample rate option within the setup screen hardware panel set to 44.1 or 48kHz?

Hi, I have tried the usb buffer in all possible positions. I have pm'd you my address.
I have tried both 44.1 (red book standard) and 48kHz.
I tried last night using the cdj800 in mix with one deck mode and left both the internal and the cdj playing while watching the screen and the wave form seems the wave form judders every 2 bars and the tracks drift both visually and hearing wise as you can hear the phase pf the track change and wone has to catch up with the other. I have done this trying all buffer setting, video refresh setting and audio cache setting with the same results but noteably worse the higher the usb setting

Jittery waveform scrolling is a known issue with no current workaround.
This sounds like system latency inherent in all DVS systems, which will throw you off a bit at first if you're not used to it.

The jittery wave form I can live with but having to pitch adjust every 2 bars isn't how one would expect Serato to behave as I use a friends SL3 on a windows based laptop without this issue.
I appreciate that changing to this medium will have a learning curve but the curve seems to have stagnated at a straight line when it comes to keeping beats matched after playing on it almost every day for 5 weeks

Hopefully the replacement records will resolve the problem. If not, please let me know.

Hi, My replacement CV came and they are also warped. I recorded a video of them rotating please see attached file

Thanks for the video. I'll send another set of vinyl. Hopefully they'll arrive in better shape. If you prefer I open the vinyl before shipping and check for warping, please let me know :)

Found to two of the flattest records possible and dropped them into the mail :)
