Flipping through a dvd book must suck. I hated doing that with cds.....sliding your finger down the title...passing the song you were looking for over & over. I don't miss it @ all.

TEAM SERATO, You guys are just way too cool to bring video to ScratchLive via the 57, which is undouted;y the nicest 2 channel mixer I've ever used. BTW where's a 4 channel and or a rack mount 4 channel mixer.........LOl- OK I'm freakin' spoiled now. Keep up the great work!

But smaller- 3 rack space for mobiles- 5 if you add lots of Mics w/ effects & Serasto controoler ofcourse.....LOl if said I was spoiled

I'm really Curious to see what happens in the world of video mixing now. I've been doing it for 2 years with the Pioneer System and also use Virtual DJ with an Ecler mixer. The pioneers scare the crap out of you cause DVD's skip! Not pioneers fault but its a fact. Virtual DJ still hasn't gotten time coding down yet so that system isn't great. Now Serato makes Video Mixing accessible, affordable, and efficient will clubs now Em-brass Video mixing as the standard? Or is video still gonna go the way side to audio? I've noticed one down fall to really good video mixing. People have a great experience but they tend to dance a lot less cause they seem to not be able to do two things at once. Lol They either stand and watch or dance and don't care about video. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Wow, cool didn't think it matter cause we both own the same videos, its the edits that I was after. My bad.

I bought DVJs years ago and im telling you it was the best investment I have ever made. I own 2 TTM57s and another on the way. I thought about ditching them to make way for some new laptops but its gonna be hard to part with them before serato proves itself to be stable doing video.

The new pioneer video mixer is gonna be tight though.

Im just tired of hooking up all the damn wires on the pioneer system. That alone is enough to make me switch.

Pioneer videomixer SVM-1000 is so cool, I played on one a week ago. Lots of features but prety easy to use, but I was expecting more videoFX, mabye f can be upgraded via software.

The new Pioneer video mixer looks super kool.

It would be cool if the 2 videos you are playing in serato could be sent to an external mixer. not necessary though by any means.

... if you are talking about running it to a mixer for effects or more control like switching from the video to a live camera etc.. just run your video signal to the other video mixers video input and run the out of that mixer to your projector.
