Hi I was playing a gig last night, I launched dj intro, and could load tracks into both a and b decks, however, could not utilize the platter on a, nor would play pause come up, b was fine, but utterly useless with out the other deck,,, so I had to resort to VDJ, and the same thing, then onto Traktor where I have absolutely no control with the paltters whatever but fortunately I had play pause and with sync, (why even pay a dj) I was able to pull through .

I would just like dj intro to work with my vci 400 thats it, I do not like the other programs and like itch, scratch, intro feel and look.

Please anyone advise

Okay, deleted the program and reinstalled both decks working?, now a question, no more than plus 8 is available on pitch control, come on, this for the money is less the product and software than I just gave to my daughter, my vci 300 and vfx had more capability (minus the sample boxes) for me to use in a club setting, I cannot beleive the shotty program i am now going through, I am so frustrated can this program at the least work the same as itch, is this a tough task, cannot disengage the crossfader, what else is missing???

Hi Ink'd Graphics,

as has been discussed previously, DJ Intro is a program designed for the beginner, and needs some points of difference between ITCH. If you had the same problems with other software, could it perhaps be something to do with either your usb ports, the usb cable etc?
