I HAVE A NEW COMPUTER AMD QUAD CORE WINDOWS 7, 4GB RAM, 64 BIT OPERATING SISTEMS, TOSHIBA .. OFTEN GETS LOCKED THE SCREEN WHITE and unlocked when I close and to open its PROGRAM

we unfortunately do not support systems with AMD processors due to amount of problems we see with them. See here for more: serato.com
