A Phono to Usb adapter, so I can record my records directly into my laptop? They got one that is on turntable lab for like $130 but it turns it into a wave, then I would have to change it into a Mp3. I would like one that could change it directly into an Mp3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

LK, thats a question of the software, not really the hardware. It doesnt make sense to have HW which directly gives mp3 to your usb bus, cause then you have to stick to the encoder which is built into the HW. I suggest, record it as wav, and use a simple app with a good encoder (user LAME!) which converts it to mp3.
