Unfortunately the build of ITCH that ships with the NS6 does not support the instant doubles feature.

Wow... that's a game changer. But the 4 decks would be cool...

Don't worry, we'll be including instant doubles for the NS6 in a future ITCH update :)

This is definitely an important feature that I was expecting to have, coming off of my NS7 and using it often. Is it coming soon? I very much hope so.

What about the ability to only view 2 or 3 of the 4 decks? I usually only use 2 decks and I really want to collapse the other decks when they are not in use. Help!

We have discussed this idea, and are looking at how to do it. I couldn't give you a timeframe on a release though sorry.

Wow. I cannot believe this hasn't been discussed already! This is a pretty important UI feature to me and, I would guess, most people. When the switch is toggled for a deck to the "thru" input, just have the waveform disappear. Right now it just says "thru" on the side of the waveform display for said deck and wastes acres of screen space! ARGH! This, coupled with no Instant Doubles, makes for some definite steps backward from the NS7 when we should be moving forward. Please, please get this sorted with the quickness.

Check out this video. Toward the end it looks like some sort of onstand doubles were used... Can someone see if that's what he did?

Her did use them in the video, though based on comments made by Cerla & Kraal, it is attributed to an earlier version of ITCH. One that is not available to download, I think.

Have you guys tried the keyboard shortcut below for "Instant Doubles" on the NS6:

Hold down: Control/Shift/Arrow (Left or Right) Key

Note: If your song is playing on the left side, then select the Right Arrow Key or If you song is playing on the right side, then select the Left Arrow Key.

The keyboard shortcuts do work, but the feature isn't there so the doubling behaviour is unpredictable.

the keyboard shortcut for instant doubles does work but it's sure to crash ITCH at a certain point. Does not happen all the time but the longer You play? and use this feature the more likely U run into a severe Crash totally shutting down the ITCH software coming up with a Crashlog.

I hope it's fixed soon! it did seem to work in the video with Hoska though? even with the regular hardware double tapping load A/B
