I’d like to do some same song mixing I could make a duplicate of each song but that will take up to much hard drive space.

I agree that this is a silly question he's asking, but perhaps he was a user of the OLD version of Final Scratch where it said you could map 2 tracks but you really couldn't because the system would just bog down like hell.

thanks nik, I was gunna post but then I realized that some mac peeps didn't even hear about FS till it was OSX enabled ;) For truth, I didn't even know about it till Paul Van Dyk spun with it, then I got a 1gen version, struggled, the a 2gen (1.x) struggled some more and finally SSL!

Well all I tried to say is that there was indeed an issue with FS and mapping the same track on both decks, but that was IIRC only with the early versions of FS, AFAIK until 1.1 . You as a Mac user were not able to use FS until (my fault) 1.1 . 1.0 didnt work on a mac.

chubbs, oh yes, I remember. Its my fault, I had in mind that Mac support is there since 1.5, but we were both spinning with 1.1 on your machine... I apologize to all (ex-)FS and Mac users, no insult intended.
