What features would you like to see in Serato software?

a very important thing: we need a wider master volume control range.

that is, when you play a track using last SSL version, the overall volume is lower than standard vinyls, even if you turn gain knob to max.

this is annoying, specially when you use both mp3 tracks and normal vinyl in your livesets.

what do you think?

of course, i was talking about MASTER volume gain knob :P

another point, i was a FS user and i felt confortable using an horizontal view.

but now, after using SSL for a while, i think vertical view is ok, even better than FS view.

in my opinion horizontal view is not a necessary feature.

for house-trance djs like me, a larger overall wave overview is more important than a horizontal view.

Yes, I'd give a +1 for larger wave windows. In fact, I'd like the sizes of the various panes (labels, track listing, wave displays) to all be adjustable so the individual user could decide what is important for them.

And can I just mention my pan control idea again :) If you're going to change the master gain to make it fit more seamlessley into a mixed SSL/vinyl setup, then the pan issue should be addressed as well.
