Hey everyone

I'm having a weird issue after installing 1.7.

For some reason on my right deck when I hit play just sometimes ONLY when first
Starting itch the platter And song move very slow as if my pitch is at -50. when I move
The pitch slider all the way up or down it becomes normal. Don't forget
This only happens on the first launch of itch and the left deck is fine.

Any suggestions?

Hi DJFLUKE.

In the Setup > Playback screen inside ITCH, do you have 'Instant Playback' selected in the options?
DJFLUKE 12:55 PM - 4 October, 2010
Hey man

That option is not disabled. This past week end it was fine. I'll
Attach a vid tonight as to what it does.

Sorry I meant that option is disabled.

If you have it enabled, what happens?
DJFLUKE 3:28 AM - 5 October, 2010
I didnt try. Like i said it only happens sometimes when i first turn it on. So if its off, or on, it dosent matter as it only happens sometimes. Should i have it on? What does that feature do exactly?

Here is a video of what it does : Watchwww.youtube.com

If you install ITCH 1.5 on your machine again, do you see this happening still?
This link has ITCH 1.5 and instructions on how to have more than one version of ITCH on your laptop at a time: serato.com

Hey Matt,

Thanks for the help. I will see if i will get to installing 1.5. I dont reallly find it an issue as it only happens sometimes, and when i move the pitch its back to normal.

I was just scared that this might be a sign of future issues. Do you think it will?

We have seen this before, and from our testing it is a firmware issue. We're just investigating further, so will hopefully have this issue resolved in the next firmware update. So make sure you keep an eye out for that :D

Ok thanks.

Same identical problem here. I'm note sure if 1.5 had this problem but I will give it a try. And I will be looking out for the firmware update.

This seems to be something firmware related, we've now got a lock on the issue, so we're working with the firmware team to get this sorted soon.
I don't think it's an ITCH issue, but if you get an improvement please let me know :D
