Cuz these are promo tracks being offered. The sole purpose of these free tracks is to promote the artist so they sell more MP3's / CDs / Vinyl / concerts / posters / bobble heads / lunch boxes....etc

If you were able to change a track then the people who hear it wouldn't be able to buy that track same track you played... they could buy the original but not that same track.

So making a remix of a track that isn't making the label/artist money wont help them at all and thus they wont support it thus serato will probably create it.
mexicannnnnn 2:51 AM - 13 April, 2007
I mean NOT create it.
AKIEM 5:36 AM - 19 April, 2007
I didnt say anything about a remix. And I have not suggested hardly anything at all that can not be achieved right now. (just not during prep time)

No one is concerned that DJs are looping records (back to back), EQing, setting markers, scratching or what ever else.

Should loops, cues, eq, gains, effects and shit be disabled for white labels so the ORIGINAL concept is heard? no one cares.
How bout white labels must be played from start to end before the next record can be played?
