Click on Release and nothing happends

Not sure if the site is having problems, but I log in and follow the instructions and when I click on the release nothing happends. Using a Powerbook G4 with safari. Could that be the issue?

Nope. Serving up about 6.5Mbps right now.

Do you have Javascript turned off? That would explain it.

As Steve says, the most likely problem would be Javascript turned off. If it's not that, then possibly you're using OS X 10.3 (Panther) and using Safari? I have a suspicion there might be a problem with Panther's version of Safari.
