Equalizing Loudness of MP3s

Since we all know, the heared Loudness is not equal to the Audio Level of a Track (even when all Tracks are normalized) a setting for having one loudness level would be great! FS has this since 1.1. This is especially great for the ones of us who get MP3s from different sources (CDs, Vinyls, iTunes Music Store etc.)

a loudness threshold that would raise or lower the volume to right befor the red line would be a very nice touch
