connecting V10 mixer freezes serato

I sanyone else having this issue, and if so how did you fix it? I've re-installed my driver, and reinstalled serato, but as soon as I plug in my mixer, serato says it is connecting and may take a minute, but just stays frozen. If I click anywhere, windows offers to shut the program down. It doesn't matter how long I leave it, the software just stays frozen. This is a new issue, I can't remember if it is since the update to 4.0 or 4.01, but I'm running 4.01 now.

Perhaps the driver hasnt been updated for the new version of Serato?

Have you tried sideloading the old 3.5.5 version on your computer to see if that works with it?

3.5.5 works, but neither 4.0 or 4.0.1
