4.0 Glitch? Can't navigate FILES with left/right arrow anymore>

I upgraded to 4.0 and it seems to have lost a feature or a glitch.
In all past versions, when you are in the FILES window you can navigate back and forth in and out of folders/subfolders using the left/right arrows on the keyboard. This is no longer working. You have to manually scroll up and click with the mouse to move back.

Anyone else notice this?
