Does the Serato DJ Essentials License Not Work Anymore?

This past summer I went to plug my Rev 1 in for the first time in forever and it prompted me to buy or subscribe. I thought it was weird since I bought the DJ Essentials license a few years prior, but whatever.
Last night I unplugged the laptop from my DJM S11, and the little popup in the corner came up telling me my trial had ended and I needed to buy or subscribe.
Yes, I am logged in everywhere.

What gives?

In your serato account under/Manage devices, how many accounts are showing, there should be four showing so you might want to logout of one of your laptops if you are not using it anymore,

usually you get this issue if you've used up your 4 logins on any computer.

pretty straight forward,

you are only allowed to be logged into 4 computers, if you log into a 5th computer under your name it will ask you to purchase a serato account.
