- Serato Pro 4.0.0

Since updating to 4.0.0, Serato has been “ignoring” my folders in the “Auto Import” folder. These are moved to the “Imported” folder, but do not appear automatically as crates in Serato as they did before. Aliases are also not recognized as they were before.

According to Serato Support Auto import is no longer a function in Serato 4.0.

I only have one folder where I store my audio and video files. New downloads are also added there. How can I get Serato to automatically read this folder, or how is it supposed to work?
