pressing "Ctrl + Delete" twice to delete songs in crates

Hello!
When I'm working in my crates and I want to delete one song, normally just press "Ctrl + Delete" and it do the work but in 4.0 the song still shows, I have to press "Ctrl + Delete" again to remove them. also the same when Deleting the file (Ctrl+Shift+Delete) I was wondering if this only happens to me or if there is anybody experiencing the same issue in Serato Dj Pro 4.0

I have this issue too. I have noticed that every now and again it will delete the track on the first attempt, but mainly I need to do it twice.
