Serato 4.0 sometimes does not echo out vocal

I am using a DJM-S7 and when I press the right parameter 1/ parameter 2 button, occasionally the effect cuts sharply like a mute as opposed to echoing out the vocal.

I've had the same problem with Rane Four. What I do to avoid the abrupt cut-off with no effect is quickly activate and deactivate the vocal echo out effect before using it when I really need it. That way, when I do need to use it, it works for me. I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this.

Has anyone tried re-downloading SDJ 4.0.0 and see if that has been fixed for any of you?

There's a new build number on the 4.0.0 download that is newer than the first public release build number.

Seems to be better in 4.01 but still happen, but way less and with 4.0

Tried to analyse my music library a fresh on the 4.0.1 to see if it will solve the echo out issue on stems command but still the bug exists!!

I’m also getting this using the XP2 with my FLX or AZ. I’m on the latest version of v4. It’s not all the time, just random. Fingers crossed they come up with a fix soon:)

Also having this. I'm going to try increasing the buffer size to see if it helps but can't try that til Thursday.

This will not make a difference . They need to fix it up, i wonder how they ended up bringing a 4.0.1 and they still not figuring out on solving it

The time you really need that echo out to get in your gig or set, you end up missing it, hard pill to take!!
