Okay, I tried again on 3.5, and it was the same - the pitch bend buttons were not available... until I highlighted a different crate, at which point the option became available again, and I could map them.

Is version 4.0 the year of the great rollback? Serato was never known to be this buggy, but this is almost as bad as the Video plugin.
