BUG - Stems in Serato DJ Pro 4.0.0

I have found that occasionally 'Instrumental Echo' just cuts the instrumental out, rather than echoing as expected.

This bug has happened multiple times since installing Serato DJ Pro 4.0.0 yesterday. Never had any issues with stems on older versions.
