Hi Serato Team,
I wanted to kindly ask if you could consider adding official hardware support for the Pioneer XDJ-1000MK2.
As a long-time Serato user — since the early Scratch Live days with the SL1 box — I’ve always appreciated how Serato has supported DJs of all levels and provided reliable performance for professionals and hobbyists alike.
I currently use a Pioneer DJM-S11, Rev-7 controller, Technics turntables, and Phase DJ, all of which integrate beautifully with Serato DJ Pro. However, I’ve been looking for a stand-alone media player that’s affordable and still available new on the market — and the XDJ-1000MK2 is the only realistic option for many DJs who don’t want (or can’t afford) to invest several thousand dollars in a CDJ-3000 setup.
Unfortunately, I recently learned that only the XDJ-1000MK1 is officially supported, and not the MK2 — which is disappointing given that the MK2 remains widely used and sold. Adding support for this model would make a huge difference for DJs who want to stay with Serato rather than switching to Rekordbox, while still being able to buy a new, modern player.
I sincerely hope the Serato development team can consider this request. I know it would be highly appreciated by many loyal Serato DJs like myself.
Thanks a lot for your time and for continuing to make Serato the best DJ platform out there!
Best regards,
Chris Steez

Hey guys, I wanted to remind you that the problem still exists and there are surely some people who are STILL hoping that you will include this (little) feature in a future update. We would be so grateful! <3
