Hi Serato Team,

I work extensively with Serato DJ Pro and really love the software, but I keep running into a limitation with my music collection (especially 80s, disco, funk tracks with live drummers):

The current beatgrid system only allows one fixed tempo grid. For tracks with tempo drift, the grid runs out of sync. Other DJ platforms (VirtualDJ, Traktor, Rekordbox) support flexible beatgrids with multiple tempo markers and variable BPM.

My question: Is there a plan to implement flexible beatgrids in a future version of Serato DJ Pro, so that multiple tempo markers can be set within one track – or even better, that this could be automatically analyzed and created when the tempo changes throughout the song?

Another request concerns automatic Hot Cues:
It would be very helpful if Serato could automatically set Hot Cues during track analysis, including a Hot Cue right at the beginning of the track (0:00), since many songs have an intro and the first kick often appears later. Many tools place the first Hot Cue on the first kick, but for tracks with intros it is much more practical to have one right at the start.
