Support for Windows on ARM

The latest Snapdragon X Plus/Elite chips have finally made Windows on ARM machines viable. The Surface Pro 11 is the perfect DJ PC except Serato won't run on an ARM PC.
Please update Serato to either:
1. Run on ARM PC natively
2. Run on ARM PC under Prism emulation.

Meanwhile windows keep supporting x86 Serato isn't going to migrate their code probably...
