I'm using Serato DJ and Serato Studio, they both share my Serato Library.
Unfortunately I've noticed crates and song going missing here and there and this has lead to me deleting the program completely.
It's unfortunate I paid for the full license and I can't simply unsuscribe.
Has anyone else experienced this also?
I simply can't trust my crates aren't there when I pull up to the club.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with Serato DJ and Serato Studio where crates and songs are disappearing from your library. This is a known issue that some users have faced. Here are a few steps and suggestions that might help you resolve or mitigate the problem:
Steps to Troubleshoot and Resolve Missing Crates and Songs:
Backup Your Library Regularly:
Regularly back up your Serato library to an external drive or cloud storage. This way, you can restore your library if anything goes missing.
Check for Software Updates:
Ensure that you are using the latest versions of both Serato DJ and Serato Studio. Software updates often include bug fixes that might resolve your issue.
Library Management:
Avoid making changes to your library while Serato DJ or Serato Studio is running. This includes moving files or renaming folders outside of the Serato environment.
Use the Relocate Lost Files Feature:
If songs are missing, use the "Relocate Lost Files" feature in Serato DJ to help find and reconnect missing tracks.
Check for Corrupted Files:
Corrupted files can sometimes cause issues. Verify that the files in your library are not corrupted.
Rebuild the Serato Database:
Sometimes, the database can get corrupted. You can try rebuilding it by deleting the database V2 file in your Serato folder (make sure to back it up first). Serato will create a new database file when you restart the program.
Community and Support:
Serato Support:
Contact Serato support directly. They might have specific solutions or patches for this issue. You can reach them through their support page.
Community Forums:
Join forums and communities such as the Serato forums or Reddit's DJ community. Other users might have experienced similar issues and could offer solutions. For example, a user on Reddit mentioned a similar issue and found that adjusting settings or rebuilding the library helped (source).
