Can't upgrade

Hi,

Please somebody help...

I want to upgrade to the latest version pos Serato Studio. But during installation it keeps asking for a file on my HD or a CD rom.

I've tried to istall wit core pack but no luck.
It also says that the old version can't be removed...

I don't know why that would be happening but if you use the green "Open Help Request" button on this page the support team should be able to walk you through it.
