Anyone with log in issues?

I was so fast with installing 2.0 I did not know i had to log out from 1.4.1 ,..trying to log in 2.0 but it wont. It says it not connected but i do have connection. I can even open the serato visual website from the app but it wont open the sign in from the app... anyone with any suggestion? i do have a firewall but I allowed the app to connect ,.. pinged google worked,.. running out of ideas,.. I deleted the lic file and now im out of ideas,..ableton live 11

I have the same issue. You can try what SERATO suggests here support.serato.com

I didn’t have any luck so I’ve been using the cracked

Have you tried logging a support ticket (using the Open Help Request button you should see to the bottom right of this page)? If not I'd suggest that.

I actually just upgraded my pc to windows 10 and now everything works perfectly. Was able to login and activate Sample 2 without any problems
