Reinstalling sample without losing projects.

Hey guys, I recently opened up my machine mk2 got an error message that serato sample was unable to load. Obviously I rescan for the plugins but to no avail. I was wondering if I updated or reinstalled my serato will all my save work just disappear? Since it's been weeks since I reached out for help to serato to no avail.I was hoping maybe someone here could help. I have 5 years of work saved up and I'm sure there's just an easy answer out there. Appreciate any help thank you.

Hi Brotha B "Since it's been weeks since I reached out for help to serato to no avail." - was this via the "Open Help Request" option? If so I can chase this up and see why you haven't had a response but wanted to check my assumption first... Do you have a reference or anything?

Not sure but I got a number with the email. #969298 I was just wonder can I just re install serato sample without loosing my projects?

Hi Bortha B,

I apologise for the delay on this.

In short, no, updating or reinstalling Serato Sample should not cause your saved work to disappear.

I will also follow this up with you via ticket #969298.
