Don't hold your breath would be my advice.

I've also got this issue with FLX10.
Logged issue with both Pioneer and Serato.
Nothing back from Pioneer, Serato tech support very responsive and suggested resetting preferences in registry but no change, after which they said they've got nothing. (from which I too concluded don't hold my breath)

Totally agree this is very minor but when you drop hard cash on a new controller you don't expect such indifference to an issue I very strongly suspect lies in the software.

I'm considering my options, returning the FLX10 to supplier as faulty is one of them.

If you want the details of the preferences regedit let me know and I'll post it.

Yea, i have same problem. Same logged issue with both Pioneer and Serato. In Serato, they told me, that is bug and our development team are looking into this, but they try to close my ticket twotimes without any reason. It's not very professional from him.

I have a Mac so guessing the regedit is no good to me?

Maybe not regedit on Mac but maybe serato support could advise how to reset preferences in Mac OS?

I try it on different laptop (Windows and Mac OS), but not working. I think, its about firmware or Serato bug. Do you know someone, who do not have this problem in flx10?

is this error on the jog wheel deck display or the gui on your laptop?

Hey Diego, a number of users have an issue where the BPM display on the FLX10 controller jog wheel display on decks 2/3/4 are shown to one decimal place, regardless of settings within Serato software.

At this time Serato are unable to resolve the issue, there have been three DJ Pro updates so far where the issue remains unresolved.

However, now Pioneer and Serato are one company, there is now no justifiable reason why they should not be able to resolve this issue promptly.

ISSUE NOW RESOLVED!!
Serato 3.0.11 update has resolved this issue (confirmed on Windows 10)
