hey guys, i'm new to djaying and just got the pioneer ddj-fix4. yesterday go to set it up and everything seems to be working, everything apart from the sound coming from the headphones. at first there was just no sound and there was no sound when i played the preloaded sounds ones available to test it. i tried everything like changing the input settings on my macbook and pressing cue before playing any sound. reloading the software, making sure the headphones knobs are at the right places and so on. but its still not working. i've been messing around to trying to see if i can get it to work and then all of a sudden theres this loud weird static noise coming from the headphones in serato now. it reacts to the volume knobs but i still cant hear the sound in the playback thing. is the controller broken? i've linked a video i made showing whats going on with the headphones so you can hear the sound its making and what i'm talking about. thanks for the help. i’lll try to link a video of this issue that I posted unlisted on YouTube. I also contacted Serato on Monday but am still waiting for a response, I think I'll open another help request also.
