Sorry you had to wait so long for a reply. You should very much be able to activate Serato Sample on two computers simultaneously.
I can see that Tom R got back to you on Monday 24th of April. Have you been able to check you've received a reply to your support ticket? It may pay to check your junk or spam folders.
