Serato Video asking for voucher code when already installed

Hi All,
I've been using serato video for years, this week I start up Serato to prepare my video set for upcoming new year's eve gig and it wont start the video display. It is asking for the voucher code. Nothing has changed with my system (mac). From one day working to next not working. The video expansion pack is installed (when I check via the settings). Even if I try to enter the voucher code by selecting the button that says "Enter voucher code" is unresponsive.
Desperate for some answers from Serato, but no news yet.
This is horrible!

Suggest re-logging into your Serato account and try disable/re-enable expansion pack.

Thx DJ Tecniq, but I already tried logging into my account and under the Manage devices section I have no devices displayed?? Serato DJ 2.5.0 and above activates your Expansion pack licences automatically upon login.I'm on the latest 3.0.0 - so not sure what to try next.
I had opened a ticket with serato, waiting for a resolution to this...
Such a bummer, lost a gig to this.:-(

How many computers do you have with Serato accounts? You can only have two computers active for Serato…if you have a 3rd laptop this may be the case or…it is an error on Serato’s part. Would also try going to your profile on Serato’s website and view your products there?

Serato Video isn't recognizing your license. Try restarting your Mac, ensuring Serato DJ and Video are updated, and checking your internet connection in case it needs to verify your license. If the "Enter voucher code" button is unresponsive, try reinstalling Serato Video or logging out and back into your Serato account.

It sounds frustrating to deal with this right before a big gig. Since your devices aren’t showing under Manage Devices, it might be worth checking if you’ve reached the two-device limit or if Serato has deactivated your licenses. Try logging into your Serato profile on their website and checking the Products section to see if your licenses are still active. If everything looks fine but it’s still not working, it could be a server-side issue on Serato’s end. Reinstalling the expansion pack or even the entire software might help.
