Playing Sampler with FX on S7

I've transitioned from the S9 to the S7. Problem I'm having is the S9 had a "sampler FX on" button that allowed me to put echo on my samples when I played them. The S7 unfortunately doesn't have this button and I'm struggling to find out how to play my samples in the same was as I did on the S9. I basically want to run my sampler through the Echo FX. Any help on how I can do this on the S7 would be greatly appreciated.

this part of the forum is for a VST called Serato Sample so I must admit I have no idea what you are talking about, just assuming you are talking about a controller or mixer running the DJ software?

To apply Echo FX to the sampler on the S7, you need to install a third-party plugin or external effect processor. Many are available through music stores online.

Thanks for your replies. I've done a quick search for sampler echo plug ins and have drawn a blank. I'd be grateful for a recommendatioin or two.

It's a shame this seems to have been taken out of the DJM S7 model when it worked so easily and well with the DJM S9.
