Issue with Sample and Ableton 11

Hi Guys

i am testing Serato Sample and it works really well, but when i played a sample into my session clip, save it and afterwards open it up again, everything is playing fine, but when i click on serato sample again to edit this session clip and its samples, serato sample won't open up and the midi isn't playing anymore...

how can i fix this?

also i cant use the faders in the parameters

would love to buy it, but dont beeing able to edit samples in the future is a no-go...

ah just figured it out myself, i have to use the tool symbol on the plugin which says "show / hide plugin window" the i can edit the samples, double clicking serato sample ends always in the issue above...

and with the faders and knobs, i think i'll have to wait for a native plugin or use ass slow rosetta version of ableton, am i right?

Try restarting your computer and make sure the sample you are using is supported by Serato Sample. Check the faders and parameters again and see if the issue persists. If it does, contact Serato for assistance.
