Not accepting my thunderbolt apollo system on windows

Specs is

8700K
WIN10 PRO
UA APOLLO X 16
UA APOLLO X 8
UA APOLLO X 6 ( x2)

im selecting my asio apollo but im getting the error " The audio device you selected could not be connected ". But i can open up all my daws and use it with no issues.
