Deck 1 has no sound

Hi,

Please could someone help. I am a complete novice but bought the Numark Party Mix and downloaded the Serato Lite free software to give it a try. The sound works fine on Deck 2 but there is no sound from deck 1. All the keys seem to work fine and move things on the display but no audio. How can I fix this? Thank you for your time and help in answering.

check your usb cable or try using another usb port.
