Serato DJ LITE not seeing that I already have DJ PRO

Hey everyone,

I recently bought the DDJ REV1 to use at the house. Looks like I need to use Serato LITE for this controller. Whenever I load up LITE it always says 'Try PRO for Free for 1 month". I already have PRO and have been using that for years. At first I didnt mind as I thought whatever its no big deal.

Well now I ran into an issue where I wanted to see what I played the other night at my house, however when I go to click on HISTORY it mentions 'This feature only activated in PRO'.

Basically how can I get DJ LITE to see that I already own DJ PRO?

if you own pro then why dont you remove Lite and then install pro????
after you install pro then login to serato and vwalla you are on pro

Do you have a license for pro or you just have other hardware that activates pro?

I have the same issue. i just bought the DDJ FLX4 and the Serato Lite also sez "Upgrade to Serao pro" on the upper left screen. But i do have the Pro. It's frustrating!

try uninstalling serato lite and then Pro. Then install the latest Serato Pro and see if that works
makkes sure your online to logi nto Serato through your web browser and you should be good to go

Yes. thank you for the fix. I de-installed and re-installed it and now it works.
