I recently upgraded my computer to a 2021 16" Macbook with the M1 chip. Since upgrading, I realized my samples are not being retained in the banks. Whenever I start up to play I have to reprogram the sample all over again. My previous computer was an Acer Aspire and I never had this issue. I went through the setting in Serato checking and unchecking things but nothing I do seems to resolve the issue.
Any suggestion on how to fix this?

Hi Zow, that certainly sounds weird and puzzling. I suggest you use the "Open Help Request" button you should see at bottom left and hopefully support team can get to bottom of this with you. cheers, John

Hi Zow.
You also need to ensure you're running your host under Rosetta emulation. Sample is currently not supported to run natively on M1.
Having said that I'm not aware of this causing the specific issue you're seeing but it may help.
Cheers
Luke.

Hey Kyotic
Sorry to hear you're getting the same problem.
If it's an ongoing issue it'd be great if you could contact support (green button on bottom right of this screen) and they can hopefully help you out with it.
Cheers
Luke.
