Parameter Knobs not working?

Hi,

I seem to be having an issue with changing the parameter knobs. Level, Filter, Attack, Release. I'm unsure if this is because I'm using the trial version (just downloaded last night), or if this is an issue related to the M1 chip, as I am on a M1 Pro Macbook Pro.

Lastly, it might be user error, as I've just been futzing with Sample, and haven't really deep dove into it yet.

I'll say, so far it's been a pretty fun piece of software to generate ideas. Hoping that it'll become part of my workflow by the end of the trial period.

Hi Citizentim
We're aware of issues with the parameter knobs when running Sample in a host natively on M1. If you run the host under Rosetta emulation things should work as expected.

If your device's parameter knobs don't work, check the connections and make sure all cords are secure. If so, check the device settings.

Some devices provide parameter knob on/off control. You may have mistakenly turned them off. Check if other devices or magnets are affecting the knobs.

If everything fails, contact the manufacturer.
